Assist with transporting residents within the facility to scheduled specialty appointments, i.e. podiatry, audiology, optometry, dental, etc. Assist with transporting residents to and from scheduled in-house activities. Provide one on one monitoring for residents deemed an elopement risk on outside visits. Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required.
